“Sales Rocks helped me warm up my email accounts to have my deliverability rates on point. Ever since I haven't had issues where my emails would get sent to the spam folder.”
The challenge
The greatest challenge for Tony Choi was that his emails never reached the inbox of the people he was trying to connect with.
Instead, most of his emails were classified as spam and went straight to the spam folder of his prospects, resulting in a great obstacle to communicate with his clients.
⚠️ This was due to the fact that his email account hasn't been properly warmed up prior to sending out emails in bulk. There are regulations in place with any email service provider (ESP) which monitor your email activity from day one. The ESPs (such as Gmail) expect you to increase your emails sent per day, gradually. If you jump from sending 10 emails per day to sending 500 emails - you'll trigger a SPAM alert.
How it worked
Tony's words: ``Sales Rocks helped me warm up my email accounts automatically and get my deliverability rates on point. Ever since, I haven't had issues where my emails would get sent to the spam folder. Now that I have my new accounts warmed up, I plan to use the platform for cold email outreach.``
💡The email warmer sends emails with a specifically generated subject line and content, to other accounts that are in the same process of being warmed up. This simulates a natural back and forth exchange through a send and reply chain of emails. The number of email exchanges gradually increases day-by-day letting the email service providers know that the current email account is becoming increasingly more active, but in a natural way & within limits.
