The challenge
The most important challenge Francisco had was to find more clients in the USA and Mexico. They used to sell more to Latin America before COVID-19. He needed contacts from specific industries and in specific cities so that they don't ``bump`` into other partners. Also as a Family Business Coach, Francisco needed to build his network for his online business. The most difficult challenge was to find the ideal clients.
How it worked
By having the social media profiles, especially LinkedIn, available in the Company and Contact Search Modules on Sales.Rocks for many of the contacts and by having their phone numbers, Francisco and his team were able to schedule calls and focus their marketing efforts on the right social media platform for the best customer engagement and response.
