Software as a Service (SaaS) has taken over the market and here to stay. This means that more players are joining the table and creating user-friendly products to attract their targeted audience.
This is the part where User Interface (UI) steps into the scene.
UI describes how easy and functional a software product is to use. A great or a poor user interface can make or break a business application.
There is no second chance for a first impression right?
Same goes for SaaS products.
When a user initiates the registration process on the Sales.Rocks platform with name and email address, their account needs to be verified with a phone number (security first!).
Purposely, we added phone format suggestions for when users initiate the registration process, in the form of country codes with flags for different countries.
With this improvement, there will be no more confusion for the phone number formatting for clients to proceed further with the registration process.
Users of our platform, are familiar with the available filters for better targeting.
To facilitate this process we created a new section in the menu: My searches.
This is the place where Clients can find their saved searches from the Company Search module.
If the Client has a need for repetitive use of their preferred filters defining their target group, we now offer option for saved searches and re-using the same filters with just one click.
In other words, the user will have the option to apply the same filters from their saved searches and receive new results within minutes.
Sharing means caring in the B2B world.
This is why we developed the Add Client option for inviting team members.
Every client who is Admin of the platform can go to the User Section from the Menu and click on the Invite User button. Then, they will need to add the first name, last name and email of the person they want to invite.
The admin will be able to invite up to 9 people, to gather the team of 10 team mates per company.
The person that has been invited, will receive an email with a direct link on which they will be able to proceed with the registration of their account.
Interaction is the essence of all user experiences. It is the conversation between your product and your user, and if the conversation is boring, your user will leave and talk to someone more interesting.
It is estimated that 30%-60% of all new websites are built using WordPress.
According to digital.com, more than 1.1 million new registered WordPress domains are being created every 6 months.
Basically, WordPress has become the ‘go-to’ free and open-source content management system for web designers and SEO professionals worldwide. But if you are not quite a professional web designer yourself, and your business is US-based, check out these Kansas City web designers & WordPress developers that can help you out.
UI often goes hand in hand with UX (User Experience). At Sales.Rocks we agree that a product is user-friendly and successful if it resonates with the users, is intuitive and increases productivity.
This is why in the previous sprint we focused on improving the platform design.
As expected, it embraces our brand light blue colour.
In vision psychology, blue is associated with trust, honesty and dependability, therefore helping to build customer loyalty.
In the meantime, we are going the distance for creating one of the most user-friendly products in the B2B market.
Stay tuned!
