Key performance indicators (KPIs) refer to the standards used when determining the effectiveness of a specific company or team.
Businesses review their KPIs to track whether their new business strategy is proving effective. These might include high level KPIs (overall business performance) or low level KPI’s (processes in specific departments, for example in sales and marketing).
The metrics for sales vary so take time to work out which are best for your company’s needs. Some include Sales Cycle Length (SCL) , customer acquisition cost (CAC) and customer lifetime value (CLV).
