Email scoring and a new addition to the Sales Toolkit module
This development update marks improvements to the customer engagement process, a new addition to the data filtering system with the inclusion of email scoring and expanding the sales toolkit functionality with email and data enrichment. As a process that is constantly evolving and is always a focus of our platform development meetings, now has a more of a visual flare in the form of onboarding videos. It is a great way to expand on the functionality of Sales.Rocks and to guide you through the robust features that you can use to help you in your everyday work tasks.
Company & Contact Search
Organizational structure was added to the Full Contact profile. Now you can see the available departmental structure of a contact’s company and find additional contacts to reach out to.
Email scoring has been added to the data filtering system. A must have feature to ensure that you have the best email addresses to contact. We separate the emails into 4 groups:
Valid emails with a public source (95-100%)
These are validated emails that have a direct, public source and the email server can receive messages on this address.
Email with a corporate pattern (75-94%)
For these emails, we have found a corporate email pattern and the email server is responsive. If an employee email from a certain company is with a firstname@domain email pattern, our system offers email suggestions for other employees on record with the same email format. Then, these email addresses are verified if they are valid or not.
Catch-all emails (60-74%)
Emails in this group have a catch-all status, meaning that even though the email server was contacted but a corporate email format can’t be determined.
Email suggestion (1-59%)
The platform algorithms offer out email suggestions, but couldn’t verify them, no existing corporate email pattern was found and the email server could not be reached.
The functionality of the module was expanded with the addition of the Bulk Company and Contact miner.
You can import multiple domains or local registry numbers to find contact information and additional company info. This is a great feature if you need to enrich the data you have on your potential prospects by finding information such as revenue, their tech budget if you have a software service or simply getting contact information from a decision maker.
How to use the Bulk Company and Contact Miner?
Using this new feature is very easy. Upload your CSV file or just input your google sheet URL is the designated field.
You can also focus on getting only the information you need.
Additional data filtering enables you to get information only on the company headquarters if they are a multinational business, companies with a website or filter company that have contact options available such as company email and phone number.
The Email Drip Campaigns module will be live on the platform very soon, adding email automation and complete integration with our database for a seamless operation.
The Sales.Rocks extension for Chrome is also going live this month with Contact and Company information functionality and technology data.
