CRM integrations with sales enablement platform – the essentials for Sales Reps 2020
It is better to begin the new year with a strong start. That is why Sales.Rocks is starting off this year with quite a lot of new things to talk about. New additions to the company and contact modules, improvements to the design and user experience of the platform and the arrival of the anticipated CRM integration module.
ZOHO CRM Integration
As mentioned in the previous post, our dev team was hard at work on this addition because it was a well requested feature. Our clients wanted to be able to export their company and contact lists directly into their CRM. Without the added hassle of exporting their lists of potential companies and contacts and then importing them into the CRM, more time can be spent on chasing leads and converting them into valuable assets.
We started with the ZOHO CRM integrations, as one of the closest to us in technical terms, but also one of the most used by our clients.
Now you can export your generated lists of targeted accounts, contacts and leads directly into your CRM.
As we continue to work on and improve the integration module, we will add other popular CRM platforms as well. At the moment Zapier, Zoho Marketplace and Hubspot are planned for Q2 in May, with Pipedrive and Salesforce following shortly in Q3 in July.
Card view layout
Keeping up with modern UI design, we now offer an option to view your selected companies in card view, offering improved visual representation and overview.
Full company profile
Building on the new design, the full company profile is available on the platform.
The company profile offers a complete overview on your selected companies in a pop-up window, together with their website in an interactive and compact form.
Company profile also shows you the technologies used, segmented by functionality.
Filter by name, location, postcode, domain, number of employees, industry, NACE Code, company email & phone number and much more.
We are constantly optimising and improving the platform, based on user feedback and internal testing. We wanted to give our clients a better way to organise their prospecting lists and to focus on their leads. To offer you more options for customising your lists based on targets and preferences, now you can remove irrelevant listings to increase your targeted lists’ potential.

Sales Toolkit – Email Verifier
Another feature coming to the platform in the near future and the first step of our planned Sales Toolkit, the Email Verifier. With several checks in place, you can be sure there are no invalid emails.
This tool is planned to function as the go-to tool for Sales Reps and all others that need to verify anyone’s email address instantly. The toolkit will consist of a number of different checks to find and verify your email addresses.
The Zoho integration will allow you to import your business contacts lists directly into your CRM saving you valuable time. With the new UX design you can view your results in card view layout for a better overview. And if you want you can view all available info on your select company through our full company profile.
Coming soon to our platform are the drip campaigns module and the email verifier. Thus giving you more options for managing your email campaigns and verifying new business contacts.
