Additions to our drip-campaign tool & expanding the CRM network
The COVID-19 or the aptly named “Coronavirus” global pandemic has had a profound impact on the business world. The disruption of the day to day work activities due to the need of social distancing, resulted in more than a few needed adjustments in this difficult period. The team quickly rose up to the task and adapted to the new work from home policy. The work on the platform continues as the Contact and Company Search modules received important updates. Work on the Email Drip-Campaign tool and Chrome plugin continues at a steady rate, along with the implementation of new CRM integrations.
Coverage expansion and module updates
The platform extended its country coverage as both database modules have been enriched with new countries.
The Company Search module now has SMBs and enterprises from Germany, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, Spain and Switzerland. While Denmark, Norway, Finland and Sweden are now available in the Contact Search module as well.
Canada and the USA are the following countries to be added to the database in the next phase of coverage expansion.
Company and Contact Search module update
The Contact Search preview was updated for better overview and selection. You can select each contact individually, all on page or all preview results to add to your custom list or delete from the contact preview.
The Company Search module now offers organisational hierarchy data. Giving you a faster way to find the contacts you are looking for.
The Full Company profile in addition to offering Basic Company information and web technologies data, now also enables you to view a company’s departmental structure and employee hierarchy for a more targeted prospecting.
We are also working on deeper integration between the Company and Contact Search modules so you can import contacts from the Company Organizational structure directly into your contact lists and email drip campaign.
Furthermore, 3 more filters were added for improved data segmentation.
Now you can find available data and contact information of a specific company. Search by Company Name or its Local Registry ID.
Technology Expenditure enables you to search for potential companies by their tech-budget.
The Company Activities filter narrows your search results by finding companies that match your targeted keyword. Additionally, you can use it together with the NACE Codes filter for most accurate results.
Tech logos are a nice addition to the UI. Meant to give you a better visual representation of the web technologies filter results.
Additions to the Drip-Campaign tool
The Drip-Campaign tool is progressing great and we are now in the process of adding additional functionality.
Opt-out option and Domain Blacklist functionality
It gives the receiver of the email campaign sequence the ability to stop the emailing sequence. You can use the standard template or customise the text message.
This feature is a must if you want to target European clients due to GDPR. Let’s face it, how many times have you gotten a number of emails and you simply wanted it to stop? This way you can avoid your emails being perceived as spam by potentials who are not interested at the moment.
The Blacklist function gives you the ability to add email addresses that you want to exclude from future email sequences. For example, contacts that have opted out of the email campaign.
Create and set-up multiple schedules for your email campaigns. Select the time and day you want to start your email campaign. Sending the right emails at the right time is important. It is best to schedule your emails based on your recipients’ time zones. According to statistics the best time to send your emails to maximise your open rate potential is 8 AM or 4 PM.
You can monitor how your email campaign is performing. Track your sent emails. See which are bounced and when are your scheduled emails set to go out.
New CRM integrations
Integration with Zapier is live and now you can directly export (zap) your lists to your preferred app.
Zoho CRM integration is also improved and now the platform is compatible with all Zoho regions worldwide offering direct integration.
