“When I signed up for Sales.Rocks, I had a very specific use case in which I needed to identify SMEs within a specific county in the UK.

Sourcing lead data was a real challenge for me. I’ve been in roles where I’ve had to use purchased data in my marketing lists and the quality of the data was terrible as well as being quite expensive.

“I started by conducting a company search for organizations that met my criteria. Being able to include or exclude companies based on the NACE code, employee count, and geography was perfect.

Once I had my list, I filtered this down to a contact search. I needed to speak to business owners or marketing managers/directors. I used Sales.Rocks to identify 700 contacts, which I then narrowed down to 500 leads that were a good fit for my campaign.

Using the sales sequence tool, I started a cold email outreach campaign. Over a number of weeks, I contacted hundreds of businesses, many times, which led to many fruitful conversations.”
